- Me — the only person who reads contact form messages and live chat conversations.

- Odoo — the platform that hosts this site and the live chat, acting as a data processor under contract.

- Email service provider — only if you receive an email from me.

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, marketers, or any third party for their own purposes.

How long I keep your data

- Contact form submissions — up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted.

- Live chat transcripts — up to 12 months.

- Site usage data — aggregated and limited to what the platform provides.

- Project communication (if we work together) — for the duration of the project plus 5 years for legal and accounting purposes, in line with French commercial law.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, regulation 2016/679), you have the right to:
